hey,i went skiing yesterday and am going skiing today,my whole body is pretty sore.are there any stretches that i should do?Thanks

If you're gonna be skiing a lot, try to stretch for a good 30 minutes or so right when you get home from the mountain. It works for me.

I stretch on the lift, I usually grab one ski by true nose at a time and stretch and hold for 10-20 seconds at a time. Then sometimes or double true nose truck holding both skis, then I let my legs sway a little to get my legs moving, then I usually grab my tails and stretch & then do misc grabs... & also I do some daffy motions both ways then some screamin' seaman shit... It's not too shabby for a chairlift stretch and it feels pretty good imo.

Also when I'm not skiing sometimes i just grab the bottoms of both my feet and stretch - this is how I got flexible enough to even be able to do my chairlift stretches (b/c I used to be really inflexible fyi, but the more you stretch regularly the more it will help) Also if you ever played lacrosse or something else where you had to stretch you can use exersizes and plyometrics you learned from those when you're not skiing.
