yo trying to get more into streetsskiing and copped the bdog edegeless last year, just wondered how i should wax concrete ledges and wooden rails. tried putting ice on a wooden rail when the temps were under 0 degrees and it worked well, but can i hit them when the temps are over 0? with slushy snow or something maybe?

thanks

word, just curious if it works on concrete ledges and wooden rails

I’d assume it would help to an extent but it wouldn’t be a crazy difference. Mostly because it’s a ruff surface and would create a lot of friction. When it’s below freezing it would possibly cause the surface to ice up a little bit and make it slick

If you have the edgeless then you really don’t need to do anything to wooden rails.

for concrete you might prefer to slide using skis with edge, depending on the spot. I’ve never waxed any concrete and I haven’t seen it done in person either. It’s more of a spot mod when absolutely necessary after trying it first.
