Stowe durring feburary brake?

holy shit its been amazing lately.

face shots all the way down to the top of the park and then an amazing 4 jump line that is built super well.

its been fucking epic lately
 
stowe apparently has some great backcountry. one of the few places in the east that has had avvys. ask a local about the chin, bruce trail, the adams apple or the birthday bowl.
 
they just opened the pipe and a few rail features below it. that means they'll start construction on the large park on tyro soon, i'd expect it to be open by february
 
im coming up to stowe thursday and friday will be my first day of skiing there. How have the conditions been recently? any powder? Also, what are the parks looking like?

everything has been great lately, but make sure you bring LOTS of layers, face mask, and hand warmers cuz it's gunna be cold as shit this week. high for thursday is -14 and friday is -6
 
i was up at stowe last weekend and it was amazing. i had two powder days (the 10th and the 11th) and me and my buds got some sick tree and pow skiing in.

Tyro opened today and its sick.come on down. big jumps.long down raillong flat down box,like 35 footer45 foot step down55 foot step upbarrel jibonly one of three parks. (big)

just got back from my trip and it was such a good weekend of skiing. i was very pleased with the parks and everybody there was killin it.
