Stowe and smuggs

im going to smuggs this weekend so im not sure.. stowe is a really sick mtn.. their park is decent but i think their better known for the freeriding. the trail under the gondala is super fun.. you get going really fast.. take toll road.. its their longest trail and has alot of fun jumps on the side of the trail. but be prepared for a slloww ride up when u get to the end.
 
havent been up to a mountain since friday but about 45 min away from stowe we are in hell...melting snow and rain and other gayness like that...I hope that you find good skiing up there
 
i was at smuggs a few weeks ago, it was pretty gnarlicious, they have some pretty good glades, but only two tables and two rails. but the lifts are only mad slow doubles, which is annoying
 
I only like stowe if they have good snow, otherwise it's pretty boring. However if they have good snow glades and the backcountry stuff is some of the best in the east.
 
under the lifts on Madonna and sterling are the funnest non glade trails at smuggs, but your at the mercy of all the onlookers
 
i think stowes park is a lot more fun to sesh then smuggs. i fuckin hate smuggs park even wachusett has a better park
 
yo dumbfuck...when is the last time you went to smuggs? you dont know shit bitch. and saki...how would the backbowls be windblown if theyr are completely in the trees?
 
Those two tables are money tho.. options, super smooth transitions and no lines at all last weekend, I could ride those all day with the rope tow
 
ok well u should all stop bitching at eachother and answer the kids question. If theres fresh at stowe find someone who knows what theirr doing and hike the chin off the top of the gondola, also there is a fun powder area and cliff off perry merril. You get off the gondola and go right onto perry merril, and instead of going around hte big bend past the entrance to cliff trial, you cut into one of two trails into the woods, theyll probably be tracked so u should find em on the left. Theyll lead u to the cliff and the open area, if u hit the cliff fast or build a lip on it it can be lots of fun. hope this helps
 
i went in the back bowls a few weeks ago and it was soo deep. not wind blown at all. i personally get bored at stowe. smuggs is sick

It's better than last early season, but that's not saying much. We still have a few months left and could def. get some big dumps. I'm trying to stay positive.
