STOP BUYING FAKES

Okay, recently there has been a huge upsurge in the amount of people on ns posting about which Bape hoodie to get. I hate to say it, but 99% of the stuff on ebay that is "bape" is not. Its fake, a really good counterfeit. If it was real bape, then the sellers would not let it go for less than $200, which is the lowest market value for those hoodies. It may say its authentic, but i can almost guarentee that it isn't. Same goes for nike sbs on ebay. If a deal is too good to be true, then it probably is. You may ask, "Why pay more when you can pay less?" First off, people can always tell when a person is wearing a fake, one look and you can immediately tell. And everyone hates on kids who wear fakes. Secondly, wearing fake gear ruins the fun for people who actually do some digging and searching and find themselves an authentic. They wear their dope ass real shit and are lost in a crowd of kids wearing fakes. Finally, its irresponsible. Essentially what you are doing when you buy a fake is pouring money into an illegal counterfeit industry. The people making these fakes are theives, plain and simple, so please don't give them your money.

what is that supposed to mean? I'm crying because Im not whoring myself to some bootleggers in Taiwan?

Secondly, wearing fake gear ruins the fun for people who actually do some digging and searching and find themselves an authentic.

The people who actually go digging and searching for $200 clothing that looks like actual shit are retarded. Genuinley retarded. Fake gear is where its at, whoring tawainese sweatshops is all the rage.

personally, i find unique shit for pennies at salvation army. I haven't spent more than $5 on a piece of clothing other than dressy stuff for the past 2 years probably. Such a waste of money

first of all, ugly ass hoodies and second who in their right mind would pay so much for a hoodie!!! youd have to be a complete dumbass to buy one!

You know you're right. It was wrong of me to attack people for buying the very goods that will keep them alive, at a price that their income can support. Without a camo-allover print, most 13-15 year olds will suffer from "not looking fresh" or nlf for short. Nlf can lead to the posting of black and white pictures on myspace, listening to Linkin Park, and in rare cases, suicide. "What can we do?" you ask. Most teens can not afford to cut $200 out of their weed and video games budget in order to pay the cost of these hoodies so essential to their survival. The answer comes to us, along with happy meal toys and nuclear warheads, from eastern Asia. Like Prometheus passing the gift of fire onto humanity, so do counterfeiters save our youth with hoodies that are still overpriced, but as much so as the legitimate product. I for one thank God for sending us these angels from heaven to grant mercy upon us all.

bape is fuckin played, they definitly make cool shit, but all these fuckin 13 year olds walkin around in fakes claimin it kinda ruins it.

25 cents is nothing to you right? It's a quarter, big deal.

Well for some people, 250$ is a quarter. Just loose change.

haha i love rummaging at goodwill, you can find the rattiest shit, but it is sweet. I got a rediculous robe, and my friend got a jacket, and we went to my highschool football game, but their shit isnt as cheap as it used to be

why would you ever buy a real or fake version of those hoodies, this kid i know bought a fake billionaire boys club that was pink with cigarrettes and pagers on it, i just dont get it, bith the real and fake look really dumb

sorry to say it but most fakes are rejected items made by the same facotry in which real ones are.

they usually just have some sort of flaw and dont meet the tolerance requirements set forth by the designer... so the workers take them instead of destroying them and just sew the authentic tags on them.

they come from the same place

they are made by the same people

they are made from the exact same materials

i read somewhere that most designer clothes (gucci, armani, bape) have extremely strict tolerances and it takes something like 2-3 mass produced items to make one that is inline with their standards. the rest are usually sold by weight to wholesellers.

^that kid has a mean c walk.

hahahahah quit bitching because you spent all of your money on something that clearly was not worth it because you got the kids who weren't blind to make it instead of the ordinary blind ones.

Goodwill/Value Village is WHERE ITS AT for sure.

I picked up that for $2.50 the other day. So gangster, and literally 1% of the cost of a bape hoodie.

yeah. but even if u had that kind of money y would u waste it on asn ugly ass piece of shit like that

like instead of buying one thing for $250 that looks like crap

y not buy 3 -4 good looking things for the same amount?

Hmm, should I help feed a poor Tiawan family for $100 or further a companys success by spending $400.

that is such bullshit. Especially when it comes to bape and nike fakes. When you try on a fake bape or nike shoe, it just doesn't feel right, you can tell that it isn't that kind of shoe, if you've worn the real thing before. Way more counterfeits are sold on the market.

no you just whoring yourself to a company that is charging you 200 dollars for a fucking hoodie, i just go get a chapion for like 30 bucks and call it a day. calling us dumb. we arnt the ones paying 200 bucks for something that costs 12 to make jackass

because the designer knew idiotic rich kids would pay this much for ugly hoodies just because not that many other kids had them

why do i want to pay more for bape when i can get a fake one that's just as "cool" looking (not so much in my opinion) and just as functional for way less? sucks for babe they they are trying to make a rediculous product by selling trendy products, if they dont market them well enough to do so that's their fault. and I dont know how you could market a $200 sweatshirt to normal people, so what do you expect?

wow, the part where they show their cars. those evos are pretty much stock im gonna say, not his, he drives an automatic rsx (fucking faaag)

and whoever says that people are fools for wasting that much money on clothes... why? because some can afford it because they work theyre asses off.

if you actually are willing to pay 200 for a fuckin hoodie, you might as well cap yourself. unless your rollin in the skrilla.

and do you really buy shit so people know you spent 200 bucks on it? i find it rediculous, if i can get something that looks the same for a 8th of the price im not gonna spend more on it fake or not. Stop trying to impress people with how much u spend on clothes its so pointless. In buisness class were learning about how people are constantly trying to buy things to show their status or to show how thier are inferior, never realized how right it was.

Bape is sooooo played now. I realy like their clothes and think they look super fresh but with so many 14 year-olds sporting it I just can't rock it the same.

Oh and almost a year ago I bought a fake off of ebay and it is identical to the origional. I have looked at the origional in the stores here ($415) and mines the same ($80).
