So I walked out of a friend's house the morning after this happened and there was a specialized bike that had appeared on the lawn overnight. I heard about this and called back to see if it was Thompson's, and....it wasn't. Buzzkill. That thing is pretty easy to spot though, hopefully it turns up really soon.
