Stolen gear from Baker ski check!

So me and some friends were at Mt. Baker on Sunday.

My buddy hurt his back at Whistler so decided to chill from about 1:30 pm on.

He lost his lock so he used the ski / snowboard check.

His brand new Libtech Skate Banana and Burton bindings got jacked right from the ski check!

The retarded ski check girl claims she 'went to the washroom' and had no idea what happened.

Pretty wack. They're supposed to get him a new setup ... just sketchy cuz we live in Canada on the East

Coast.

The ski check girl was an absolute burnout and borderline retarded. She should have to reimburse him

from her pay cheques. Best thing she said was 'am I going to get fired?'

wow that sucks. its bad enough to have your shit stolen when its out sitting on the racks, but IN ski check? wtf
 
My local mountain is known for losing stuff from ski check. People turn in their gear, but they get something else in return.
 
i vote we do what those middle eastern countries do when they catch someone stealing—chop off their fucking hand so they can't do it again.

I fucking HATE thieves.
 
Somewhat unrelated but would anyone like to buy a brand new Libtech Skate Banana with Burton bindings? I found it at Baker, PM me~
 
As I said in your other thread, Baker is always really good about this kind of stuff, they will reimburse you as long as you talked to the right people/filed the right paperwork and all that stuff.
