Also stoked that I just filed a bank claim against Level 1. After contacting them multiple times to send my money back for a canceled order, I went to the bank and now they're investigating this shit to get my $103.90 back from Level 1!
 
probably not something you should broadcast. you are the first case that i have heard of that has gone this far, and i'm sure its just an honest mistake. those dudes work so hard for this community, its pretty fuckin lame that you would get all sarcastic when i'm sure its just a paperwork mishap.
 
business is business. they shouldnt have those problems. i dont care who they are they should have good service and i wouldnt treat them any different than another ski company
 
well common sense would tell me that a small company that got a extremely large and completely unnecessary lawsuit laid on them recently would to anything in their power not to fuck over their core market.
 
You have 50$ to buy a gold coin in your username and you whine like a bitch for a 100$ mistake from Level 1....
 
Mason is right- business is business, and all companies, big and small, should be obligated to provide decent customer service and support for their customers.
We take this VERY seriously at Level 1, and every one of us goes out of our way to put the customer first, and do our best to make sure things like this don't happen. Our customers truly are our lifeblood! But no matter how diligent we are, or how hard we try, there are always situations like this where something slips through the cracks and a customer isn't properly taken care of.
In this case Jack's order was cancelled after it was placed, processed, and packaged, and there was some longstanding confusion on whether or not his order had been pulled before it was picked up by the Postal Service. Having not heard anything about this for a few months, I was under the impression that this had all been resolved a long time ago, but with some miscommunication between the person packing the orders, and someone else who was handling customer emails, it was apparently not.
For all those concerned, we've refunded Jack's purchase and will be further compensating him for his troubles. Again, customer service is at the top of our priority list over here, and we'll continue to do everything we can to keep each and every one of you happy with what Level 1 delivers (or doesn't deliver, in the case of cancelled orders!).
Now that we're through with that... anyone else stoked to check out the new Eye Trip teaser?!?!?!
 
He supports ns with a generous donation....he bought some stuff from a company then cancelled his order and didn't get his money back for a bit which concerned him. So why dont you shut the fuck up.
 
i fucking knew some fanboys would jump down that kid's throat. look dude a business is a business, period. what the fuck does it matter that he generously donated to NS? to a lot of us a $100 mistake is a lot... fucking dumb post jesus

I appreciate it very much. I received a call IMMEDIATELY and you guys were on top of it. There was obviously some miscommunication, not just on Level 1's part, but on mine too as I kind of let time slip. The customer service these guys have always given me has been stellar. Like it has been said, there are mishaps and this just happens to be one of those mishaps. It was holiday season when it happened, I was busy at school, and so on and so forth. So please, do not take anything I said negatively about Level 1. It was never intended to be and they have always been on top of it when I've needed help. I already know I will be buying Eye Trip, I don't need a teaser to give me reason, but just the fact that these guys have treated me so well in the past is reason enough. I very much so look forward to Eye Trip and hope you guys can ignore my snobby post, there was NO reason for that. Level 1 keep up the great work and I will contact the bank ASAP to get that investigation cancelled. Once again, please disregard that first post, it was selfish of me to post it and was definitely not needed. Keep up the great work Level 1.

Berman is a boss. He apologized to a customer for his companies mistake on a public forum. That proves to me a lot about how dedicated he is to good customer service. I can't wait for eyetrip. Come to Seattle for a premier!

Oops, i didn't read your post above me for some reason. Props for taking initiative to get the issue organized. I'm glad the mistake is all resolved. Enjoy your compensation for the mishap

If you're worried about buy DVD's and merch from these ski companies, go buy them at your local ski shop and you know what your getting when you check out...

Anyone know which ski premiers come to Portland OR?
 
I swear I remember seeing a trailer for it. For some reason I can remember seeing some dude case it into a tree and all his shit falls off or something idk i should cut back on the crack
