still pictures with i movie

ok. i have a digi camcorder and i use i movie to edit. in i movie i can make cool pictures but doing 'create still image' wherever i want. but the problem is...i don't know how to take that image and export so i can edit it on iphoto and make it a ,jpg or .pict.....any sugestions

basically i want to concert a .mov to a .pict or any picture document.
