Stiff skis

Literally just bought a pair of armada arv 96ti zeros last week, i find it quite stiff compared to the ar7s i was riding before that, i’m 5’11 and weight 215 pound.. i pretty much cant ollie them , will they soften over time ? Or can i do anything about it? Thanks!

I mean they have metal in them so yeah they are gonna be stiffer than the AR7s, but they will soften some after a while.

those are going to feel super stiff compared to ar7s. Ive found with stiff skis you just have to change your technique, dont be afraid to lean more/really put some muscle into it. I have a friend who ollies his black crows corvus' pretty damn well (super stiff flat tailed ski). If theyre made well they wont soften over time too much, thats a sign of a shitty ski imo.

what size? let me know if you hate them and decide to sell

however at your size you shouldn't have too much of a problem unless youre used to really soft skis (which ar7s are not), likely just will take some getting used to
