Always skied 130's. I'm on the Hawx Ultra 130, and took the screws out to make them 120 just to see what it felt like. Had noticeably less control and quickly put the screws back in.

Did you take both screws out or one screw out? If you have no screws in there it's basically walk mode so that may be why you had noticeably less control.

I have they become soft in two days

Can't you get a new tongue for a stiffer boot? unless you have the buckled version.
