Emma_Watson Active member Jan 30, 2011 #8 never had any trouble of going slow on a pvc rail.. Usually ski wax or i heard candle wax? works well.. Or since it's cold out a quick fix is just to dump water over it and let it freeze.

N NWPA Active member Jan 31, 2011 #9 throw a little bit of dish soap on there..it will get really slick. or wax works well too.
