Sticky bases

So i was skiing my 25cm of english "pow" and the undersides of my skis kept getting snow stuck to them! I got my skis serviced in february and haven't been anywhere really since then apart from this fridge in castleford sometimes so i ruled out the possibility that they need waxing is there anything i can do? it's pretty chronic

on the upside i landed a 360 handdrag on a homemade kicker :D

mmhh, dunno, indoor snow is quite radical, i usually wax after 2 indoor sessions
could also be that your bases are dried out or hairy....
i'd suggest you perform a hotscrapethen wax em again, see if it still sticksif it does, get a basegrind and try again....

Thanks for the suggestions and yeah i think my bases are pretty nasty on closer inspection

and i agree the snow was very heavy and it was like trying to carve frozen butter. :( but i didn't think that was a reason for my sticky bases?

its the perfect snow for making snowballs is the best way to describe it, it just stuck to my bases and then attracted leaves and grass to it as well, it wasnt very nice

Oh god the grass was chronic i did this little tree run with this hidden tuft of grass at the bottom that snagged my skis. I'm hoping for this snow to freeze and then get a fresh layer on top ideally.

+k everyone :D
