STH bindings

hey everybody i have a question. and i searchbarred dont dont be a duesch. Anyway, right now i have solly z10s on my skis and have had some problems with pre mature release. So to fix this i may buy some Sth 14s or 16s. Is the drill pattern the same for all solly bindings, or at least are the z10 series the same mount as the Sth?

sth12 and 14 use the z toe(utter garbage), sth16 and 14driver use the driver toe. so the 12/14s might have the same toe pattern(not 100% sure) not clue on the heals tho
 
yeah i did and it was one of my friends that rides park with me that works a shop and he said that they shouldn't be doing that and that the forward pressure was set to what he thought would be good enough but it still happened, we will see what happens next time
 
no, z10s are just plane awful. if your skiing anything other then easy groomers, they will just explode
 
The STH and Z-type heel is the same pattern, the only difference is that the STH has one more hole under the brake, The driver toe (STH 16) has 4 holes vs the Quadrax (STH 12 & 14, Z10 / 12 / 14) whic has 3 holes. The driver toe is fully adjustable, where as the Quadrax is automatically set, the STH series bindings are made with a better titanium plate than the Z-labeled bindings.

If you do not want to have anymore holes drilled (besides the brake hole) I would suggest the 14's. If you are having that much of a problem with the 10's the 12's aren't much more. The 16's toe is completely different and requires drilling, and it is heavier.
 
alright hey thanks alot guys, the only reason i asked on here is because im at school so i really couldnt just go into my shop and ask, also to mrmtskier, i have had my z10s for 3 years and ive not once had a problem with them, and im talking jumps up to 70 ft so i dont know why their fucking up lately, it seems like i have had to break off a piece or something but they look flawless still
