Stevens Pass Contest Schedule is up

hum...that sucks about the snowboarders only jam bullshit...for a mountain that has more newschoolers than anyother in the state you'd think they might be included...but i'm sure that will change just like mamafest...right? and $50 bucks? thats awesome, on top of a over priced lift ticket, i think it might be cheaper to go to whistler for the weekend...i guess harbour is becoming intrawest junior...but whatever...ill shut my ass...all i can say is hopefully the weather will be a little better for the events this year.

$50 for a comp??!!??!! holly shit. yeah i think i'll just stay at snoqualmie for their less overpriced comps. $35 or something? but still thats a lot less than stevens. doesn't look like i'll be going to stevens that much this year.

$50 is for the pro category which will be competing for $500 first prize and depending on the total number of entries, top 10 could get paid their entry fee back at a minimum. Believe it or not it costs money to put these events on, and sponsors are more into giving product than cash. So if you don't like the pricing, write a letter to your favorite manufacturer and ask them to support the grassroots events with CASH. That would help me a lot.

whatever, fuck it...i just wrote a fat fucking bitch letter expaining why charging that much is wrong and blah blah blah...but i realized that my opinion doesnt mean jack shit and that i am going to pay the 50 bucks either way and then loose the event miserably and drive home pissed off wasting gas (= money) in my road rage and come out 75 bucks lesser than when the day began...LET THE GAMES BEGIN! ILL SEE YOU ALL THERE!
