So my mom was lookin through some old boxes and stuff and gave me this scarf/stole (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stole_%28shawl%29) (jokingly) that used to be my grandma's. Well this shit is made of 3 real foxes sewn head to toe and is about the most ballin scarf iv ever seen. Check it out, might be rockin this on the hill...

i wouldnt rock it. if you sweat into that fur when skiing it probably becomes really ansty really quickly. and the head of the fox would be in the way. im not a hippie, but killing animals for that, idk.

You all seem to think I went out in the woods and shot some foxes last week.

Most of the reason this is cool to me is because it was my grandma's and its like 75-80 years old now...you can't make these anymore, because it's illegal. I guess it looks gross but they are really soft haha...and im not gonna wear it skiing i was jokin, it'd get ruined.
 
Haha that's pretty fucked. Like you'd look down and there'd be 3 dead foxes wrapped around your neck. Just staring at you with eyes that haven't been alive for close to a hundred years. Mmmm yeah creepy as shit.
 
Dude the fact that it's old doesn't change anything. The fact is it is still 3 dead foxes tied together as a scarf and supposed to be worn as "fashion". Believe me, if you made it recently the responses would be a lot worse. People are just appalled at the thought of it and how creepy it is.

nobody should hate in this cause its different. i bet if half of these people saw tommy walnuts reppin this they would go out and shoot their own foxes withing 30 seconds. much props kid, sick scarf.
 
Eating meat=basic requirement of life. Meat provides what we need to live, plus it's so tasty.
Fashion= unnecessary and subjective. You can live without it, and those foxes lives were out of style years ago and they died for no reason. That's why it's illegal these days.

The fact that the animal dies is irrelevant. It's the reason for death that is. To be honest I don't want to start a debate. I don't have a strong opinion on the fact that the animals died and that some people call it cruel. I just think it's unnecessary, ugly, and it creeps the shit out of me. Sorry but that's just what I think. And no I'm not hating on the OP. If I found that in my house I would think it's strange too and probably post about it on here.
 
Even if that wasn't weird, it looks absolutely stupid. Why do you think your grandma used to wear it?
 
what if the fox meat was eaten and then the fur was made into this scarf thus providing everything essential
