Steamboat?

Me and a bunch of friends and family are taking our trip out west this year to steamboat?

How are the conditions? I know they don't have some trails open.

What is the park like? Features? size of jumps?

We are going january 20th. Any chance they will have all the runs open by them, and some powder? not sure if you guys would know that though.
 
I've been in steamboat since thursday and so far it's been pretty solid. I'm from the east coast (Boston) so even their "unusually low snowfall" is still better than anything I've skied back home. The trees still have pockets of untouched snow and I'm sure if they get dumped on you won't have any trouble finding freshies. The park that I've been in thus far is rabbit ears i believe? It has a seven jump line and various rails and boxes, not too shabby. The jumps are all pretty small though. Fun to dick around on though.
 
damn looks, too bad i got a complex fracture in my right arm. so my family and friends are still going out, but i have to stay home and get surgery. blows so much, done for the season
