Steamboat park?

I am planning to go to steamboat over my spring break. I will be doing a little park but not that much. I was researching and found nothing on their park this year. I was hoping someone could tell me how good it is so I know what I will be going into. K+ for answers.

I'd spend your time on the Bar UE/Pony/Morningside area during the day, maybe spend an hour or so in the park near gondola square at the end of the day. If you're dying for some great park laps, I wouldn't be looking at steamboat. But if you want some good terrain and a great atmosphere that's what it's for.

if it snows pony laps are pretty bad in baked spring snow

I lived in Steamboat for about 10 years so I have seen Steamboats parks week years and strong years. They got sponsored by GoPro a couple years ago and that helped it some, but overall Steamboats parks are pretty weak compared to like Keystone. They aren't really known for their parks.

I was there a couple of weeks ago for a day. Everything was set up nice, but nothing crazy. Is there a bigger park than the one at the base of the mountain because everything seemed really small compared to other places.

There is one above the lower park that's a lot bigger, along with little stash parks all over the mountain
