Starting to inline

skating is fun as hell man, i dont know what kind of skates are the best anymore. Usually price goes along with how good skates are but just keep your eye out for a good deal

theres this kid called asian_allen and hes gonna be here in like a second, hell he may even post before me. hes gonna tell you to get "Xsjados". DONT LISTEN TO HIM HES DILUSIONAL. buy USD, or Razors. specifically the Cult or the Gen 7, 8, 9 whatever number theyre on. Valo is also very solid, if you like ski boots i could see you enjoying them. all valo skates are the same skeleton, so you can buy whatever look you like.

I am getting into this too this summer :)...some people told me razor and valo makes great skate but valo seem to be pricy :S

Join the Aggressive Inline Cult. I'm sure you could find useful threads as well as get a good response if you posted some questions.

Also, check the Buy/Sell/Trade forum for deals on skates. I bought a full used setup from a reliable member and still use the skates today.

Im completley new to this alsoLooking at some Razors Genesys 7.1 Aggressive Inline for 200$
Can anyone vouch for these?

Used to skate razors murda 1s, the first mold of the genesis boot and they were great skates learnt alot on them
ive got some 03 remz LEs now and i have done since around 2005 when i last skated properly, i hate remedyz they are terrible rollerblades
salomon made the best skates in the world, its a shame they stopped

hurts a hell of a lot more than skiingsteez is harder to come by
remz, razors, and usd are all good brandsthe os series are remz are really solid but size down on your skates cuz they'll break in and you'll end up with a lot of heel lift

I love my razor Aragon 2s. Deffinently size down though. My shoe size is 10 1/2 and I skate a 8 and it gives you so much more control. Also the liners pack out alot and feel atleast a dive and a half bigger after they are broken in

soo i want to get some inlines too. i dont know much about skates but i was thinking that some usd all star 09 "gc featherlite setup".. are those good inlines? ++k

doesnt matter, just get one that fits your foot, try and find a size chart that will match shoe size to skate size (differs by brand)

dont buy something expensive if your just starting out cause it wont matter

i got razor cults and i love them, trs's and k2 fattys suck, avoid em even though they're cheap

i have been using the same pair of USD's for about 8 years. they still work perfectly, i think that says something about the quality of the skate? i mean im no pro but still i fuck those things up and they are still intact.
