Stained snow pants

so i have a pair of lime green volcom snow pants from last years line. they have these blackish stains on the bottom of the pant leg, that sort of look like grease stains. Ive washed them probably 3 times (powder detergent on cold and tumble dry warm, i know the drill) and the stains havent come out, although other stains from different instances, such as a cocoa spill came out. any ideas on how to get these stains off of my pants? it looks pretty shitty.

If you've washed them 3 times, you've probably set the stains now for good. BUT...try some of the waterless hand degreaser (like GoJo) or Dawn dishwashing liquid. It works very well if you do it prior to washing. You may still be able to get it out part way. Just remember to always try to get grease stains out before washing.

aight thanks, i wasnt really sure if they were grease stains or not, and didnt actually notice until i washed them the first time. ill try the dawn and stuff though. thanks much.

Remember -- treat, rinse cold, treat, rise cold...repeat. Do it as many times as it takes until it rinses off and doesn't show.

Stains? fuck it man, my pants have 3 or 4 different colour stains on em! who cares

i scrubbed with dawn and threw them in the wash again. They are about half as dark as before. im gonna rinse them a couple times before i throw them in the wash next time. I dont wanna do it now cuz im hittin the slopes soon.
