stain in ski jaket

ok, so im riding on the lift, and an oil drop falls on my jaket. my jaket is mostly white. the people at cs said its vegetable base and should come out very easy. so, ok, im happy. but now im like WTF! its not comming out! any ideas on how to get it out?

Had the same problem here.. Had a brand new Colubia jaket.. ruined because of oil off the chair lift. stupid ass greas

 
well, my mom just washed it in warm water (ERR!!) and your supposed to use cold. do u think she just like made it so it isnt water proof anymore?

Use fabric softener when you wash it, its helps make it water resistant.

Just be careful with cleaning chemicals. They can ruin synthetic clothing and take away your jacket's water repellency.

that happend to me, i went to the mountain and told them what happend and they bought gave me how much i bought my jacket for one of the shops they have.
