SPT breakup or possible sell?

Husband and wife who owned/co-presidents of SPT (builders of all the cookie cutter x-games courses amongst many others) have moved on and taken positions with Powdr/Woodward.

No word on street I’ve heard of so far of what’s happening with SPT? Anyone got any info? For sale? For re-brand?
 
I can’t be sure of anything but their warehouse in Verdi/Reno I drive by on my way to the hill has been pretty barren lately but that may just be typical of mid season when everyone’s out in the field.
