Spring skiing in Aspen

has anybody skied Aspen at the end of march? how is it? is it worth driving 1300 miles?

I was at Snowmass and Highlands last year end of March. So sick...they got dumped on the night before we got there. Snowmass kinda sucked (the cirque was closed when i was there cause of winds) but Highlands was epic i'd deff go back. Shit i think i was there first week of April actually...

Aspen/Snowmass area is fun until they day they close. Nothing else to say.
