Spring break PC- i'm clueless

for spring break this year i'm heading to park city with two fellow east coast ski instructors- we are looking for a cheap place to stay. we'll have a car so we don't have to stay slopeside or anything, but preferably somewhere within walking distance of bars. are there any local motels/hostels that give college kids cheap rates during spring break? are there any ridiculous parties going on during spring break that we shouldn't miss?
also; we're all expert skiers, but never been out west before (NH/VT/ME skiers). we'll be in the park city area for 4 ski days. should i spend them all at PC, or where should we go? we want to mostly ski trees and bowls
thanks for your help
Nick

I wouldn't spend the whole time at PC if your looking to ride trees and bowls. At PC head up to McConkey's and Jupiter, and then got sample what else SLC has to offer, Canyons, Brighton, and Alta/Bird.

well if you mostly want to ski trees and bowls i wouldn't spend any time in park city and go straight to big or little cottonwood.

For sure check out some of the cottonwood canyons resorts. But I think the canyons has some of the best tree skiing because it's huge and there's always untracked snow if you look for it

i would head over to brighton, solitude, alta or the bird if you want to ski some more bowls/trees, i really like the trees at brighton alot, alot of fun things in there, but the bird is a little more steep and open it seems like to me.

this.. but he also forgot to mention that if you stay at PC you will be right next to canyons, which can be an absolute blast if you hike a little or off of 99 ninety.. also forgot to mention that the side country at brighton is the best in utah (to me not really arguable) with some pretty UNBELIEVABLE hiking that you can do right off the chairs with very low avalanche danger
