Spring break packages? (Non skiing)

Hey guys. So me and my friends are trying to find a sweet deal for spring break. Since the snow sucks this year and its my senior year we're gonna try to go somewhere with a beach. We have heard that punta cana and cancun are probably the two best options with various places in florida being a close third.

Our spring break is the week of March 5th.

Has anybody gone anywhere dope for spring break and would recommend it? Any specific packages or companies that have good deals? We're trying to party hard with a lot of other college kids.

We're ideally looking for an all-inclusive package covering everything(including booze) for $1000 or less.

Any suggestions?

punta cana. look into it. i dont know how it is around march or whatever, but its cheap as shit and all the resorts are all inclusive. depending where you live its not that far either, flights from the east coast are like 4 hours. i went last spring for 10 days for 800 bucks for everything, but it was the offseason (may) but its beautiful, cheap, and a lot of fun. i stayed at the paradisius punta cana, and it was rad.

i went to Panama City, FL for Spring Break one year and it was dope as fuck. MTV was there and had all kinds of shit going on on the beach every day. It was insane. Word of advice - bring more money and more alcohol than you think you'll need because whatever you have budgeted isn't enough....trust me.

Gnarton:

Would you suggest that hotel for partying or are their other better ones? Like sweet clubs or bars near there? I check out their site and it looked sweet as hell.

How much did you budget and how much did you end up spending? Also how long did you stay?

I don't remember exactly how much I had budgeted, but I want to say I ended up spending a couple of grand once everything was all said and done. That includes food (drunk munchies add up), hotel (week), etc.

We went out to the "clubs" pretty much every night and those can get expensive if you party like a rock star. Considering you're wasted pretty much the entire time, you spend money a little more frivolously than you would if you were sober.

We also did a lot of stuff like parasailing, bought boogie boards, etc., too, so it's nice to make sure you have money to do lots of fun shit while you're there. That's what it's about - having a care free blast with your friends and hot women....one last hoorah before you all graduate and enter the real world. It's nice to have little financial restraint during the trip. You don't want to look back and have to say you didn't get to do something that would have been an awesome time because you didn't have a few extra bucks.
