Spring break in Florida?

So I need help from my fellow NSers. I'm trying to go to Florida for spring break with 3 of my friends. We're trying to find places that cost around $200 a night that sleeps 4. Having no experience with this, we have no idea where to look that have a lot of other spring breakers. We've been looking at Panama City and Miami, but that's about it. If anyone has recommendations of places to stay that would be awesome!
 
Miami Beach is Spring Break central but good luck finding anywhere within 60 miles for $200 a night. Spring Break rates get jacked way up. Start checking now and perhaps you will find something. I just got back from there (road trip) and was unable to find anything under $400 per night. Ended up sleeping in a WalMart parking lot. As an added bonus, the free night of sleep came with free entertainment. At 1:00 am a couple black guys got arrested about 50 feet from my car by police from about 5 cop cars. Looked like they had been breaking into cars. Quality entertainment.

too bad they didnt break into yours.
 
I live about 45 minutes away from panama city. I would HIGHLY suggest going there for spring break. you can have the worst game in the world and look like your face was beat in with a rusty crowbar, and you will still pull ass everynight. use booking.com to try and find a place, but no promises for your 200 a night budget.

Honestly don't understand the hate on Florida fad. Sure, there are some stupid trashy folks that live down there, but there are stupid trashy people everywhere. As far as vacationing goes, FL has some pretty awesome spots.

OP, you should probably stick to the pan handle. Panama City and Destin are really popular spring break spots and there will be a shit load of college kids down there raging.
 
Panama city is the place to be in FL for spring break. That's where everyone goes and you will probably be able to party the hardest. Don't go to Miami, it will be so expensive and overrated IMO. Daytona Beach is a somewhat popular spot, it will be much cheaper.

I found a place that is $260 a night and sleeps 6 right in the heart of PCB so i'm definitely going to check into it.

Also, this is my last spring break with all my friends so I'm trying to go where everyone else wants to go. Not everyone skis or I'd be up at Tremblant for spring break.
 
Was just in miami for the first time a week or 2 ago. Hot as balls in january. Hit 90 one day and was 80 at night. Good luck in the spring. Don't die of heat stroke.

Could be fun and shitty. Some of the vacation spots are pretty lame imo. A bunch of people vacationing in the same spot because it's where everyone goes.

Also a bunch of college kids drinking their first beer sounds fun.

No its not. Florida is a butthole and not even a pretty little one that id be willing to tongue punch but a seriously big, well used butthole.

The very last people that I would ever want to party with would be a bunch of "fucked up" American frat boys and Sorority sisters.

Im trying to go on spring break too but EARLY.

HMU if there is a crew rolling down from anywhere around Virginia or the north east who aren't total dorks and won't scare women away and has an open seat in a car. Gas is pretty cheap these days I can grab that and some hotels Ill have just finished my work.

I'm not that old btw im in my 20s and look young but Im a professional who will be in Charlottesville Virginia on a business trip on Saturday 2/28. So anyone whos looking for 1 more and is trying to leave March 1-3 lemme know.

People who are from areas with really shitty skiing usually ski the best mountains because they are looking at an expensive flight no matter what. Half the people I met in Aspen were from Florida or somewhere else in the south.

Im fiending some Spring Break big time because Ive been slaying mad cougars recently and wanna legit hook up with an 18 or 19 year old within a week of banging a 50 year old. Thats what its all about.

Ha, I'll admit the panhandle on spring break isn't really my scene either. But come on man, if you can't find anything enjoyable to do in FL for a couple days there is something wrong with you.

Some of the best, most easily accessible off shore fishing in the country, the gulf stream is only about 3 miles off the coast of south FL. Killer on shore salt water fly fishing. Thousands of miles of Atlantic coast that can get fun waves during a swell. Countless places for diving and snorkeling. What kind of person turns their nose up to that?
