The latest post from my sports blog predominantly regards our skiing community. I try to expose my more mainstream sport oriented readers to the world of freestyle skiing... check it out and show your friends who don't know of our realm! Spread our sport!
Yeah i know the writing is sloppy and not the best but its a blog and i havent even read it over myself, but please do give me feedback on what you think of the overall post and if you wanna read my other stuff, do that too!

umm cool but one problem, u said a cork is when ur feet go over ur head, and thats un true, by definition ur feet arnt soppoused to go over ur head in a cork, if they do its a rodeo. correct?
 
yeah but for the purposes of this post i didnt wanna go into too much detail to explain the difference between rodeo and cork. i didnt know how to simply explain it so i just left it like that
 
umm i said i havent read it over... meaning this single post... because i wrote it in class and time expired as i wrote the last sentence...

btw, ideas for how to explain cork more accurately? i feel like if i just say its off axis the general public will have no idea what that means
 
no, if i explain a cork people will fall asleep, i go in deaph!

but ur blog thing was awesome because ur explaining how hard freestle relly is, some people think its mad easy and u just throw ur body

Your writing on the blog screams "written by a 16 year old".

All in all, it makes skiers sound like elitist cocky jackass's. Not to pumped on that. Being a skier, it still makes me want to punch you in the mouth. Take that drama back to high school.

Actually, I hope this gets squashed because it really doesnt deserve traffic.

I am not skiing/snowboarding/xgames/snowmobile/snowsports drama.

I dont care to get involved with the actual agruement with the sports. Just not a fan of the childish manner in which he tries to defend skiing. He also is sucking on the NFL nip :)

 
so what do you suggest i do differently? all of my posts ARE original because theyre my opinions... you wont find them anywhere on ESPN.com or NFL.com
I could be like 99% of sports blogs out there which ultimately fail because they just run a news site. if i want sports news ill go to espn's front page
the writing isnt supposed to be superb... its not polished work. its simple and casual so the reader doesnt have to think too much... if you want me to write an academic paper i can. well.
as for the elitist cocky jackasses, i see your point, but at the same time i am trying to stress the difficulty of the sport. and my target audience is not middle aged parents, its 20 +- 5
 
who the fuck cares if YOU wrote it. no one gives two shits about who YOU are. we understand what you were trying to do but you are fucking awful at it. it reminded me of a thank you note, written in crayon, from a 10 year old with severe autism that i used to babysit. with that said, you probably also suck at skiing so the only difficulty of the sport you had to endure was the shame of being laughed at off the hill every time you went through the park. stop trying to represent skiing, we don't fucking want you or your mind torturing, abomination version of the english language.

seriously did writing a 7 line insult to someone you dont know make you feel better? what was the point?
and you missed my point on me writing my blog... im not writing because i have a huge fan base and im a well known name... im writing my opinions because they are original and unique and hopefully i can catch some wind with it...
like i said i can write a news story like 99% of blogs, or i can offer something no one else can: my views
anyway, does NS have any valuable insight or did i waste my time on here because its just a bunch of people looking to insult strangers through the internet?
ive just been reminded once again why i rarely post here anymore...
 
I suggest you find another topic to blog about.

again, NO ONE CARES about what you think. maybe if you provided some sort of insight or didn't write like a jackass about stupid shit, someone might care. i wouldn't be shocked if you were on the freeskier writing staff in the next... couple months. at least you have that shit show to look forward to!
