Spotted? nser on rt 84 CT

Saw a sticker covered, ns sticker included, silver Subaru on 84 south in Connecticut yesterday, that stopped every couple of miles because someone was vomiting.

I was in the ugly blue mini van incapable of going over 70 mph with the VT sticker on the back. anyone?
