I actually went to the Sport Chalet over at La Canada and they had a tent sale with 50% off last seasons skis. They had Line 1260s for like $125. And some Armadas $250... Not bad at all. Didnt pick up anything though.

A little premature to say this. Especially if its a good snow year in the San Gabs.

Mountain High may be mostly Machine snow, but thier machines are so good that the coverage is amazing. They can run the entire mountain with Machine snow, Top-Bottom. They have 9 terrain parks when fully open. Thats good enough for my taste.

and then you can never count out Mt. Baldy. I mean, when you think of steep skiing, you think Jackson or Squaw or Taos or something, But this place, when fully open and dumped on, wow... its fun to ski at. Very. Gnarlie. Steeps.
