Splice Dyeing Help

I dyed my splices black a while ago but whenever I touch them I get the black dye all over my hands. Did I dye them wrong? Anyone know what I can do so the dye won't come off them?

You have to wash them pretty good with cold water as soon as you take them out of the dye. Also make sure you get it out of the foam which is the hardest part at let them dry for a while
