Splice Color Question

Does anybody know/ have pictures of what these look like in real life? Are they neon like the ones I saw in light the wick? any help is appreciated.

they are practially neon. the park crew at mount snow has these with blacked out lenses and orange orage jacketshttp://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...116906561693649&pid=257000&id=116906561693649
the guy in the back has them on they really pop
