Splashpage bug?

So I use the Splashpage, as my "go to" bookmark for NS.

I click it today to troll my favourite threads (joke) and I get this.

As you can see I'm scrolled all the way to the top of the page and I can't even see the login stuff and the other bits and pieces at the top of the page.

I have cleared my net's cache and everything else...

I'm using Chrome (30.0.1599.101 m), Win Vista SP2.

this also has happened to me on safari. its not that big of a deal but kind of annoying

First suggestion affects the zoom, I don't need to zoom out. And I use the /index link to view the photo of the day.

It's not a huge issue, just a little annoying if I happened to be logged out

Ok, screw it. We ripped out the bar causing this until we can get it properly implemented to not be annoying.
