Spk's

well i can cram into a 24.5 but i would get them if it was a good deal and i am really a 25. but i could do 25.5 but the 26 is for my friend.

25 and 25.5 are the same shell, 24.5 is a whole size smaller - you are either one of the other.

not necessarily.

Sometimes its nothing at all, sometimes it is a thinner liner, sometimes the boot-board is lower, footbed is thicker - often there is no difference at all with the actual liner.

what has more plastic? the liner?

It depends on the brand - pull the liner out of your boot and have a look at the sizing of it often it will say 27/27.5

But it's also common for the liner to be thicker/thinner to make a difference in fit

ohh that why my boots look alot bigger than my friend i have 28.5 and he has 27.5 and mine look huge

compared to him

make a more specific thread title next time

e.g

WTB: Salomon SPK Boots, Size 25/25.5

That way people know what you need without having to go into the thread, and you won't get people posting irrelevant shit in your thread

hes got it down. ussually its just a difference in the thickness of the footbed, or something very cheap to produce differently

o lol well i was semi wrong and i learnd something new. so does that mean pretty much when i buy a 26 boot im really getting the 26.5?
