SPK vs Ghost 100

Hi everyone, I'm still rocking my old white SPK boots and they're about to fall apart so I figure it's time to get some new ones. I have a wider foot so the SPKs fit great on me. Is there any sizing difference between the SPK and ghost? Thanks
 
There's probably not a size difference but there could well be a noticeable shape difference. The spk and ghost might be the same shell I don't know but I remember when I was trying on boots the spk felt good but the other all mountain race type Salomon I tried cut into my heel so hard that it hurt to wear. Not really an answer to your question but something to think about.
