SPK Pro Help

I've got some SPK Pro's with the brown leather and I've used them about 150 days now, and they are showing it

Ripped leather, 2 busted rivets on the toe buckles

Anyone managed to remove the leather? Anyone dealt with warranty for blown rivets?

The leather won't come off gracefully. We tried to get it off my friend's boot its pretty much ruined. No clue on the warranty....
