Spins onto rails

I have been doing spins onto rails for a while now, but just recently i have had this problem where i catch the tips of my skis on the rail while spinning onto the rail. Does anyone know why im catching my tips or what i can do to fix this?

pop harder

You gotta do like a little ollie thingy when you pop. The motion doesn't have to be huge but just enough to make sure your tips go over the rail.

- approach the obstacle with more speed than you'd normally do

- set the spin and spot the exact point of the obstacle you want to land on after the spin

- pop hard and lift your knees and especially toes up, way higher you feel like is needed

- watch your tips go over the rail with your upper and lower body "disconnected" (your upper body spinning faster than lower body)

- after seeing your tips clearing the rail, connect your upper and lower body again with snappy and fast movement

- move your sight and focus to the end of the obstacle or to the landing if you can already see it

- land clean with appropriate amount of afterbang
