Southern Hemisphere

Australia is warm and doesn't get much snow. A few good parks. NZ is better. Some really fun terrain and pretty good parks. NZ also has lots of very average ski days with lots of wind and no new snow.
 
pretty much both are average. Australia gets not much snow but makes up for it with blue bird days with little wind and the parks are pretty fun at perisher and thredbo, NZ is better snow and fun parks but if it snows alot and they can't clear the roads the resorts are closed for the day which ruins your pow day
 
Argentina and chile in the patagonias is probably a little bit better
