dunno, this year I am living in Utah, but last year, I built alot just past chama, nm up near the pass. There is usually good access from the road if you don't have a sled, and if I can recall correctly, there might actually be some good spots. Just drive the whole road until you find a good spot. other than that, I think everything near wolf creek pass is a 4 lane highway, so I don't know how doable it would be. Hope that helps.
