Sooooo, anyone gone through diversion ?

Court Diversion, you get busted with tree and rather than getting a criminal charge you go to Court Diversion. It generally has to be your first offense. It's different for everyone and I haven't done mine yet, but my friend who got caught with me is doing it now and he has to do community service, take a monthly drug test, and go to rehab meetings.

Vermont. We were kinda dickholes to the officers, they had to call the dogs on us and everything, they found four or five pipes (including a gorgeous two foot bong) and a total of like an ounce and a half. They were not pleased. I donno if that matters but it could be why.

damn. damn. i live in the VT. did staties bust you? they busted us. almost cried too because they took my $120 real JADE one hitter that i stole from central america. but we were real cooperative because they hade a k-9 unit there

Damn man, that sucks... We just got the most power-tripping, self-righteous assfuck of an officer you can imagine. It was Essex police, they're all a bunch of assholes but this guy was like the leader of the douchebags. It stunned me that police were allowed to be like this. But yeah, he called in a K-9 unit on us and everything...

We got lucky in a way though haha, he impounded my friend's car and he keeps his bong rolled up in a sleeping bag in the trunk, he told them it was just his camping shit and they didn't find it. They also gave me back my bag (which had 11g of dank indoor within) with my bubbler still safely hidden in the secret pouch. Sucked pretty bad, I lost my $300 triple perc and 11g, but we did kinda get away with some shit we shouldn't have.

thats some harsh shhit just for weed wow. the cops show up at our skatepark every now and then adn check eveyone and all theyve ever done is called kids parents.

yeah towards the end 0f 2007 there was a bill that was turned down that would have decriminalized possesion of marijuana if you had less than two grams or some number like that, making it a civil offence like a speeding ticket.

of course that wouldn't help either of us in our situations

i was charged with obstruction of justice (a criminal offense) for littering and having an open beer bottle in public by a power tripping female bicycle cop

a group of us were leaving our student house and walking to a bar a few minutes away, and obviously we all had some beers for the trip. i was extremely hammered. a platoon of two bicycle cops rode up behind our group and told us to freeze. everyone chucked their beers into a bush. they obviously saw this and told everyone to go get their beers from the bush. me being in the state that i was thought it would be a sly idea to try to outsmart the cops and refused that i even had a beer in my hand, and then gave the cop 3 (yes 3) different fake names. i was thrown in handcuffs after the 2nd fake name. by the time i gave up my real identity i was sitting on the sidewalk in handcuffs surrounded by 2 squad cars getting grilled by officer farva and this biotch fem-cop. i was issued a summons to get my fingerprints taken and a court date for my criminal offense. they also fined me for littering and having an open bottle in public. the rest of my group were simply given small fines

after wasting hours of my valuable time, they ordered me to go thru a diversion program which consisted of two 8 hour anti-substance abuse sessions and 20 hours of community service, but at least now my record is still clean

i went through it and its not that bad.they usually give you community service for like 20-30 hours. then once you have finished your community service you are done. but what sucks is your parents can call them in the next year and tell them that they want you to be drug tested.

your record is not "clean", but sealed. anyone with enough pull can see your record. this throws you out of the loop of government jobs and stuff like that

currently it shows that i have had a charge "diverted" on my record, and this will be there for 2 years, then after that the slate is wiped clean.

No man, it was a QP. They would've decriminalized possessing four ounces. That's why it was turned down, I think... I mean a QP for personal use is pretty extreme, anyone who's buying that kind of quantity for themselves is either lying and selling it or actually really does need help haha. If they hadn't gotten greedy and kept it to an ounce I think it would've worked.

The amount of awesome times I've had blazing >>> Having to do court diversion once because I was a fucking retard.

I won't ever do something that stupid again, so it won't be a problem again.
