New line of cameras that rival the gopro.

Full hd 1080p, 30fps

720p 60 and 120 fps





built in tripod mount + quick release

wifi backpack with big red button (easier accessability/ glove friendly)

additional mounts

any thoughts? looks pretty sweet to me.

does anyone know who make's gopro's sensors? I feel like sony does for some reason

might check one of these out, $200 for the non wifi version isn't bad, who the fuck needs wifi on a helmet cam anyway
 
I like the feature of the remote so that I can capture solo mission lock off shots with ease, but goPro seems to have superior mounting systems at this time.

The wifi/remote is the only thing that could been seen as an upgrade over the goPro HD 2. The profile is different, though not necessarily better. Sony also has the mini SD card slot, but for me that sucks cause I have a few standard SD cards I'd like to keep using. Not to mention my computer has a built in SD card reader.

So at this time, I still like the goPro HD 2.
 
Dude the sony has 720p at 120 freaking FPS and image stabilization. It's much, much better than the gopro hero 2 adn it's 100 bucks cheaper (2/3 the price of gopro)
