Songs relating to Social Justice

This is for a school project and I need six songs relating to Social Justice

So far I've got:

Louder than a Bomb- Smiths

A Day to God is a 1000 Years- RZA

Beds Are Burning- Midnight Oil

Uprising- Muse

If you've got any serious suggestions just post it and I'll check it out
 
Not really sure about what you mean by Social Justice. But, I would personally give Immortal Technique a try, He gets pretty damn lyrical with it.
 
Pretty much songs concerning problems in the world for example... the enviroment, war, racism

Yeah man check out the 4th Branch by immortal technique then. He hits every subject you just brought up in the nose in that song! hope i can be an assistance!

I really doubt this is right, but try "Four Dead in Ohio." It was written about the Kent State Massacre.

 


I dunno if this relates to social justice, but this song is about the lead singer (Fat Mike) seeing a childhood friend in a porno. He calls her up and she basically says that she's not selling her body, just her time and she's better off now (making 50k) than she was working a regular job

 
Nas & Damian Marley. Their collab is full of this stuff. Also Promoe, but he's not that good. Lupe does this a fair amount too. Maybe Macklemore? I haven't listened to him that much yet...
 
I can't believe that song actually played on the radio. I actually liked shake of the dust album.

I agree with a lot in this thread though. Gotta love franit, cnsy, marley, imortal technique and some of the others posted.
