Songs for guitar...suggestions

i play guitar... i like improvising also...but a song that ive been meanng to get to is alice in chains heaven beside you...sounds fun to play,,,and mettalicas one is also fun...but then agian i also like blink 182 and play about all their songs...what trype of music do u like i pro have ideas
 
Stairway to Heaven is an easy song I geuss... it was one of the first I learned to play. It takes a long time to learn but... heh if you can play then everyone will think your good.

Some other easy songs are Smoke on the Water, and 7 nation army.

Thats all I can think of right now. Hope you find those easy enough.
 
one of my first song was Metallica's Nothing Else Matters.. it's a good one to practice finger picking..

Anything by my chemical romance is easy, but its emo, your choice. But I must say House of the Rising Sun by Animals is an easy song to learn.

sublime, brand new, acdc, cream, weezer, phish, oar, oasis, green day, some hendrix. just listen to the radio if you need ideas.
 
improvising is the shit. thats how i learned to play guitar and by learing some tool shit which is farely hard so i learned so fucken fast. just let your fingers do the work and shit will be flying out of your ass in no time
