How can the Nimbus crew afford to use songs by big name bands, like Aerosmith and the Stones, Talking Heads ect. Is there a different payment scale for small scale filmmakers as opposed to Hollywood films?
because their stuff is free?? i know they eventually put out DVD's, and i don't know how the details of that work, but since they initially use songs in webisodes that they give out for free, I don't think they need music rights.
