Today i was sessioning my summer jib. I noticed on my ski that the lamination had popped up a bit near the binding. the binding was completely loose from the ski, i screwed the binding in appplied a bit of pressure and it went back into place perfect, well the next hit on my rail i get that ski caught under the rail, well i go to move back up to the top and i heard a snap, well the ski broke and heres the pictures. im wondering if im covered or will get some kind of deal on a new pair.

There was always a problem with the Surface Nine Life breaking. That's why this years No Time was made, and next years No Time is going to be just a bit stronger too. At the very least you'll get a, Break Warranty. That's what they did with my and my 07-08 watch lives. I went to the shop, and they gave me any park ski I wanted for $150

Surface is pretty helpful. But in retrospect, most companies don't warranty any rail damage. Let alone backyard jibbing on grass/astro.

You used it for a summer jib setup.. I'm sorry but I'm not surprised that it broke, and I highly doubt you will get a free pair under warranty

since your binding pulled out, it's very likely that your core got some moisture in there and rotted a bit seeing as that's exactly where it snapped. i'd complain to whoever mounted your skis.
