You dont have to be from a certain neighborhood or a particular social/economic class to classify how you dress. Wear what you want and don't judge others. And the last thing we NEED is more North Face and Mountain hardwear preps. Even if a kid can only do a straight air off a 2 ft jump, he can still wear an all khaki outfit with camo goggles and bling bling up the wazoo. So yeah, in conclusion (I got a little carried away :) people are individuals, they can wear what they want and ski how they want.

i usta live in the ghetto. well kinda; my whole city was pretty poor, but we lived in nicer part...but white kids were the minority in my skool. i moved tho and now there is one black kid in my whole skool, and almost everyone skis....its sick

being a poser isn't really about what you wear, its how you act in certain situations. like some kids i went high school with who were preps or punks one year and then all of a sudden started talking like they came from the fucking hood and talking mad shit to groups of people that were smaller than their group of people, even though they just started listening to rap music and their parents spoiled them with new fubu clothes every week and they always backed the fuck down one on one. these kids are the definition of the word poser

if you want some original steeze then go out and buy some of that printer paper than you can print an image on and then iron onto a plain shirt, then get some white pants and a white shirt, take a picture of your balls, print out multiple pictures of your little scrotum and iron them all over the shirt and pants and voila! you have an outfit that no one can call you a poser for wearing.

i wear baggy clothes skiing cause thats the style i like. when i skate i dont wear tight clothes but i dont wear baggy clothes so thats just me and i think that alot of others are like this.
