Some Newb Questions

Ok, I'm trying to get the hang of this, but I'm going to need some help, so I'll probably update this often.

1- How do I turn the backlit keyboard on?

2- How do I make favorites on Safari

3- If I drag on of the icons on the frontpage to trash, does that delete the program, or just the icon?

youve got to empty the trash to delete the program for good, control click "empty trash"

How do I set the home safari page?

Safari Questions:

to set your home page go to menus

SAFARI > PREFERENCES > then there will be a text box tht says home page and an option to set it to the current page

Favourites / Bookmarks

BOOKMARKS > ADD BOOKMARKS

or Drag the adress from the adress bar to the bar directly below it.

the key board thing. if its not coming back on just hit F8 on a powerbook or macbook pro to adjust the brightness toggle F9 and F10

its got to be dark. its clody out but theres still enough light in my studio to keep it off
