So who on NS has actually shot a gun

I went shooting on x-mas day, it's almost like an unspoken tradition that my dad and other family members have done for the past few years. we've got: a 30-30, 12 gauge shotty, 4-10 shotty, 7.62x59 bolt action, a russian sks, a .457 (bear rifle), .38 special, .357, a couple .22 rifles, and a couple BB guns. Buy up people before Obama lays down some new gun laws

I have been hunting since I was 10. Have shot and eaten many animals.

i hunt so i have a 12 gauge, 20 gauge, 30-30, .308, i have a musket!, 3 .22, 30-06, and a colt .9mm handgun, so fucking sick! haha

Yes I've shot a variety of different shotguns, good point with Stefan though, I did a double take when watching that as well.
 
my dad and uncle hunt and ive shot rifles and killed an elk, but i havent been hunting in a couple years. cant say i'm a big fan of it.

i have i shot a couple guns and i hunt with a bb that has a 50 round mag.

hunt mostly rodents cuz tehy make a mess of property
 
yea i shoot a lot like at least once a week. fav thing to shoot is skeet for sure. worked over the summer and bought a remington 3200. so sick.
 
i've shot 78 people with a bazooka.... i also killed rambo with my bear hand and stabbed bond with a carrot
 
I had never shot a real gun powder gun before I went to Europe. Actually now that I think about I have never shot a gun in the US.

And the weird thing is I have 3 shot guns and an old Japanese WWII rifle that my GP gave me. I would shoot them but I have no place to go that I know of. I like guns though. I wanted to buy a sniper rifle after I saw shooter...
 
I used to shoot trap, I shoot rifles pretty frequently, and I deer hunt. And I agree on the NRA, they suck. Im somewhere in the middle on the gun control issue, the nra is for no regulation whatsoever, and there are plenty of people who would ban guns all together if they could. Anyway everyone whould shoot a high powered rifle, handgun, or a shotgun at least once.
 
My family has over 13 guns, 8 of which are shottys and the rest are rifles. I also have a bow. We hunt pheasant religiously, i hunt deer, and also coyote. Were also adding an SKS to the list for another coyote gun.

 
That test is so easy. I think to be an "Expert" you should have to hit 99% or better. But that medal is neat-o either way.

I wasn't bashing you by the way, I just don't think that I am what you would call an "Expert" and I thought it is fairly easy.
 
my dad owns a .22 and a 12 gauge. last year we had a bunch of old tvs and computer desktops so we took them way up back through these logging roads and shot the shit out of them along with some pumpkins.
 
I live in VT, it is a lot easier to ask who hasn't shot a gun here.

Shot:

.22, .308, 30-30, 4-10, 12 GA, 20GA, .357 Magnum Pistol, and my favorite, my grandfather's original 1944 M-1 Garand Rifle.

My step-father's great great Uncle acutally invented the M-1 so my grandpa has about 5 or 6 M1 Garands, but only 1 is working.

my dad has a gun thats illegial in california

and my nieghbor recently died and the cops found about 200000 dollars worth of guns

idk how he got all of them
 
I spent a few years as an infantry soldier so I fired my fair share of weapons (from pistols to big ol' machine guns) and blown a lot of crap up.

I gotta admit though it's been a while since I've fired a rifle and I miss the feeling quite a lot!
