i noticed the other day the there is a ? mark right after it says copyright at the bottom of ns. so is ns copyrighted or not?

i think its supposed to be a copyright c with the circle around it, it just doesnt show up on all computers

i use mozilla and i see the quetsion mark but it has a white diamond around it which is realy wierd � that thing is what i see

 
I've noticed it a few times too, but i just thought it was my computer. Itss odd tho, cause in the source code there is a copyright sign and not a question mark.
