Just moved to North Bend from Colorado (yeah I know, bad timing). So far, this winter is… interesting. I've had a few good days but nothing to write home about. Looking for some dudes to ski with. Park, powder, big mtn, touring, you name it, I'm in. I have a pass to Snoqualmie (went today… its pretty bad) and a weekday pass to Stevens. Would love to meet with some of you guys to ski around and get to know these areas better. Alpental looks really sick, but of course I missed opening day with a cold.

Here's me skiing a bit, I'm not a total pud:

Oh, I also have a sled if that makes you want to be my friend any more. Ha.

Well if you have a sled I guess we can be friends. Only if you perform a anal gland check on my dog. She has been farting a lot lately.

This post is like the scene in a zombie movie where someone gets bit by a crazy fuckin animal. You know pretty soon youll be knee deep in rotting zombie tits and a dude is going to battle axe his hand off to replace it with a chainsaw.

Colorado people moving to washington? Everyone is fucked. Glad I got out when I could, pretty soon it'll be gondolas posers and 7 hour lift lines~

actually I think he's from the UP. Good peeps from there. And I think we've met back in the day, hit me up if you're ever at stevens.

I also live in North Bend and primarily ride Snoqualmie/Stevens. I have at least one free seat in my vehicle every time I head up. If we ever get some more snow this winter, I'll be looking for some touring partners in the area.

Off topic; but I see you have Prins on your friends list. That's a name from the past; never met him personally, but I talked with him a lot back in the early days of Midwestskier. (I'm originally from MN)

Bump from the dead. I went to school in the UP of MI, a rad place. I think I'll be skiing mostly Alpy and Crystal this winter, you still gonna ski stevens?

Yeah man, Paul Prins, I competed in the MWSO a few times, good ol days. Let me know if you're still in the area, got bit by the winter bug the last few days, I'm ready to rip. Where in MN? I have a bunch of CO buddies from Duluth, McKeever, Beasely, Drew Choick.

Hey we got some sleds and sled ski, what kinda sled do you have? Have you been out?

I have a 09 XP. Never even rode it in WA lat year since the number one rule of sledding is never go alone. Let me know about this winter! I'm ordering an adjustable clutch and correct jetting for low elevation this week to get it ready!

I still have a handful of his Cowtipping Productions and Midwest skier stickers laying around somewhere. Never made it to any of the comps, or filming sessions back when Paul tried organizing them, although I always wanted to.

I'm originally from Rochester and grew up skiing Welch/Frontenac/Coffee Mill/Afton. Funny to think that only half of those places are still running these days.

Still in the North Bend area and getting ready for the upcoming winter, or whatever this "winter" will actually be.
