i was just wondering would cheap carpet work for a drop in ramp/run out, i know a lot of you have suggested astro turf but this is still pretty expensive

yo dude, we built a rail at andy house a few weeks ago and used carpet on the drop in, but then we put snow on top. i guess if you lubed it up with washing up liquid (no homo)

i built a summer setup this summer also. just use the cheap carpet, it works fine, as long as you water it down every once in a while, youll be good. i bought a 3x32 roll for like $38. ive got pics of it under my profile. good luck

depends what your rail is made from.. a silicon based substance usually works really well..
